Directions: Dissolve 1 cup in warm bath. Relax and soak for 20 - 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. If you have no bath tub and would like to treat your skin, alternatively, you can prepare a small pail of water, pour 1/2 cup of salts into the water, stir it till dissolved and using a towel, soak it in the pail and pat towel gently on your skin.
