Directions: Scoop out a tablespoon or two and begin to massage it onto your skin while in the shower or bath. Work in a circular motion until you experience the pleasant exfoliating effect. Use all over body such as on shoulders, back, arms, chest, stomach, buttocks, thighs, legs and feet. Leave the scrub on your skin for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse off with water. Pat dry with a towel.

Recommended to use scrub 1-2 times a week.
