Step 2: Confirmation of Order


We will reply your email within 24 hours on stock availabilities and to confirm your order. We will send you an E-Invoice with the total amount for your confirmation and along with our Bank Details.


Step 3: Payment


If all is ok, you may proceed to make the bank transfer payment to secure your order. Upon receipt of payment, we will deliver your order. You should expect to receive your items in 2-3 working days.

2. Delivery

  1. We make deliveries Islandwide excluding P.O Box Addresses.
  2. Orders are delivered between Monday to Saturday. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Delivery hours are between 10am to 10pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
  4. Any times and dates stated on this website for delivery are estimated only and we are very much reliant on our courier companies. We will try our very best to deliver your items within the time specified. However, The Mineral Skincare Shop will not be liable for any failure to deliver within that specified time.


Special Request:
If you wish for your order to be delivered separately, to a different address or at a specific day/ date/ time, do drop us an email once you have made payment. If it is urgent, you can give us a call and we will try our best to meet your request.

We understand that some of you may order only very light weight items (i.e. a bar of Soap, a bottle of Serum or a jar of Eye Gel, and anything else below 350grams), so we do have an option for you to have your items delivered by Normal Postage via SingPost to help you save on Shipping Cost. However, if you choose to have your order delivered by SingPost, Payment has to be made by Bank-to-Bank Money Transfer only. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Process


If you have placed an order with us and have made payment for your purchases, you will receive a confirmation email with your details within 1 working day after payment. Our staff will also contact you shortly after receiving the payment to arrange for a delivery date.

If there is an error, please give us a call immediately before your order is sent out. If the order has already been sent out, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to make any changes. Please ensure that you have correctly entered all order details, The Mineral Skincare Shop will not be liable for any incorrect order details submitted.

You should expect to receive your order in 2-3 working days after receiving the confirmation email. If you have yet to receive your order after 3 working days, do give us a call or drop us an email quoting your invoice reference number. If you did not receive any confirmation email, please check your spam folder of your mailbox and if to no avail, please give us a call or email us.

*Always use the same email which you have ordered with us, as we use it as a form of authentication.

3. Return Policy

All purchases are final and goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For hygiene purposes, no exchange and no returns are allowed.

We have made every effort to check every item before it is sent out. However, if you do find any defect in our products or if the delivered items are different from your order, do drop us an email within 7 days from date of Invoice with the details and we will advise you from then on. We will change for you and bear all delivery cost in doing so if it is deemed to be a mistake by us.
